Without them any kind of game is not able to be really usable. Furthermore the definition leaves also room for per definition free and libre oriented systems including non-free licensed data-packages.

This especially refers to free, libre licensed games: We do not accept packaged data being licensed free and permissive without access towards the sources, images, models, sounds and music, further definitions and file-format specifications. When a project is not offering its data-sources for insight, modification and research Hyperbola will not package this!
